NewLife Gym Glasgow - MMA

NewLife Gym is an inclusive Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) gym based in Maryhill, Glasgow. Established in 2013, our goal has always been to create a warm and friendly environment where anyone can access training with no limitations.

Whether your goal is to compete or to simply get moving be confident in reaching out, we are always happy to chat.

We cater for competitive athletes through to recreational students.

- Classes in MMA, Boxing, Kickboxing, Wrestling, Jiujitsu, Movement & Mobility, Sparring, womens only Boxing & Kickboxing, kids & youth Mixed Martial Arts.

- Personal training & smalll group training also availble.

- Kids classes 4 - 11 years. Youth classes 11 - 15 years. Adults 16 + years.

- In house Sport Therapy Service
