Family run Martial Arts club, inclusive to all abilities from age 4 to adult. Specialising in Kenpo Karate and Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu. Classes are split by ages and experience, including Ladies only sessions. Taught by 8 times world champion instructor Sinead Byrne. Who takes pride in the family feel her club has and how inclusive we truly are to all who wish to join. Sinead specialises in children's classes, with a lifetime of working with children her instruction to the younger age group is second to none, with a very nurturing and supportive enviornment.
