About Us
Lea Valley Karate Academy, located in central Hertfordshire and Essex, has been operating since 2004 under the expert instruction of former Senior England International Sensei Daniel Hollister, 4th Dan Black Belt. The academy specializes in teaching traditional karate to the highest standards, with students learning all aspects of Wado Ryu Karate, from self-defense to top-level sport, always in a safe and friendly environment.
