Krav Maga - Coopers Company

The Jon Hegan Academy is the longest established International Krav Maga Federation (IKMF) School in the UK, opened in October 1997. It teaches Krav Maga, a self-defence and hand-to-hand combat system that covers various self-defence situations. The Academy is also a Royce Gracie Brazilian Jiu Jitsu affiliate, offering classes in Gracie Jiu Jitsu on Wednesdays and Saturdays. The classes are taught by experienced instructors, including Professor Jon Hegan, a 1st degree black belt and Head Instructor. The Academy's classes are open to anyone interested in self-defence, including military and law enforcement personnel, and members of special forces.
