About Us
The Academy of Taekwon-do is a traditional Taekwon-do school that offers professional instruction in Martial Arts, Fitness, and Self Defence. They serve Harrow, Wealdstone, Northolt, Pinner, Ruislip, Stanmore, Northwood, and the surrounding areas of Middlesex. The Academy is led by Stuart Anslow, a 6th Degree Black Belt, former World Gold and Silver Medallist, and Trainer of 11 World Gold Medallists. They teach Taekwon-do, which is a Korean martial art that emphasizes the development of the whole individual - body, mind, and spirit.
