ECKD is a highly successful ‘freestyle’ martial art and Self Defence school for adults and children. It is a ‘reality based’ Martial Art-Self Defence system that teaches self defence against unarmed AND armed aggressors. The skills you learn will last your lifetime. ECKD uses ‘natural body’ movement techniques that improve Skeletal, Muscular and Cardiovascular well being. The system teaches self defence suitable for ‘EVERYONE’ and is not affiliated to any ‘traditional’ martial art.
