Harrow School of Shotokan Karate - IASK

The International Association of Shotokan Karate (IASK) is a karate organization founded in 1989 by Hanshi Nicholas B. Adamou, who is also the Chairman and Chief Instructor. The IASK teaches Shotokan karate and has affiliated clubs in various countries, including the UK, where the Honbu Dojo is based. The organization offers training sessions, grading, and social events for its members. Hanshi Adamou has been practicing karate since 1964 and has achieved several ranks, including 10th Dan. He has also co-authored books on karate with Kanazawa sensei. The IASK follows traditional Shotokan karate principles and emphasizes the importance of respect, discipline, and self-control among its members.
