About Us

Wing Chun is a mind-body discipline that emphasizes mindfulness, relaxation, and power. It focuses on strengthening the mind-body connection through its first form, Siu Nim Tau, which is designed to help practitioners learn to relax reflexively in response to stressors. This martial art teaches how to maximize striking power by improving posture and biomechanics, allowing individuals to tap into their full potential. The goal is to transform 'unnatural' athletes into 'naturals' by training the mind to accept the idea of not using force.
