SANGMOO TGMS Combat MMA Academy, part of the London Institute of Martial Arts (LIMA) and based at Indian Gymkhana since 2018, specializes in Teuk Gong Moo Sool (TGMS) — the military combat system of the South Korean Special Forces, adapted for civilian self-defense. Under the guidance of Grand Master Tae Yong Lee (8th Dan), the academy offers comprehensive training that blends Taekwondo, Hapkido, Judo, Kickboxing, and weapons skills with practical techniques such as throws, joint locks, and defensive strategies.
