Reflect CKD is an holistic Martial Arts' School teaching Choi Kwang Do- a modern, scientific martial art. Choi Kwang-Do is a unique martial art based on modern scientific principles and has been developed to promote optimum health, fitness and self-defence. Choi Kwang Do’s system is founded on the principles that its self-defence techniques should generate maximum force, be practical, enhance the student’s health as they practice, as well as developing mental and physical conditioning.
