**How It Began**
Founded in 1995 by 8th Dan black belt Sensei Dave Gentry, Rock Solid Kickboxing has become a respected name in martial arts. With over 25 years of experience, Dave is a Grand Master and serves as the Technical Director for IMAF UK. He has appeared in magazines, TV, and authored martial arts books.

Rock Solid Kickboxing offers professional training in kickboxing, blending boxing, martial arts, and aerobics for fitness, self-defense, and stress relief. Classes focus on strength, coordination, and endurance, with optional sparring. Training is designed to help you achieve your Black Belt in as little as two and a half years.
