SLY Taekwon-do

SLY Taekwon-do is a traditional martial arts school dedicated to teaching Taekwon-do as founded by General Choi Hong Hi. A member of Advanced Taekwon-Do International (ATI) and Advanced Taekwon-Do Europe (ATEU), the school follows the guidelines established by Grand Master James Lim, focusing on effective self-defense, personal growth, and long-term physical development without strain on joints or muscles.
