TAEKWONDO

The East London School of Tae Kwon-Do is a premier ITF Tae Kwon-Do club in the South East region. The club practices the ITF style of Tae Kwon-Do as laid out in the Encyclopaedia of Tae Kwon-Do written by the Founder of the art General Choi Hong Hi. They cater to practitioners of all levels, from those who just want to exercise and learn to serious national and international competitors. The club has a proud history of producing top-quality Black Belts and has won many national, international, and World Championship titles for Black belt patterns and sparring. They offer classes for children aged 4-7 (Wolf Cubs), 8-12 (Juniors), and 13-plus adults, with a focus on developing confidence, moral values, discipline, fine motor skills, team work, and fitness. The club's classes are designed to be fun, challenging, and educational, with a combination of specialist instructors and traditional ITF patterns and techniques.
