About Us
Hung Gar, or Hung Kuen is a Traditional Chinese Martial Arts belonging to the Southern Shaolin styles. It was developed and has been practiced, in the Shaolin temple in China for hundreds of years. The Hallmarks of Hung Ga are strong stances and strong forearm techniques.
Learning Traditional Chinese martial arts movements and techniques which can help towards health and fitness whilst being a fast and controlled sport. The training provides a wide range of conditioning exercises such as stances, stretching, striking and meditation which will prepare you and work this into a defence routine. It aims to increase your strength, flexibility and coordination with our Kung Fu Martial Arts Class.
