Unleash Self is a very unique and reality-based Self-Defence & Martial Arts system that is going global. Our training does not deal with only the physical aspects of real violence, but also deals with the mental and psychological aspects too. And it is the only system that genuinely deals with multiple attackers which is a huge problem these days.

We have a great deal of experience in providing amazing Weekly Classes and Private Lessons for both Kids and Adults.

We also offer empowering sessions for Women's Only, Schools, Businesses and various Organisations, be that for pupils, staff training or corporate team building.
