About Us
Hulme Karate Club is a martial arts school that teaches traditional karate. The club's Chief Instructor is Lydon Appleton, a 3rd dan black belt. Karate is a martial art that aims to teach self-defence, but it also has many other benefits, including conflict avoidance, dealing with bullying, improving self-confidence, respectful behaviour, increasing fitness, strength, and health. The club welcomes beginners and experienced practitioners alike and offers classes for children, teens, and adults of all ages and abilities.
