About Us

The Manchester Tai Chi program offers a 4-week taster course that introduces students to the foundations of Tai Chi, Taoist Yoga, Qigong, Moving Meditation, and Dao Yin Deep Breathing, as well as simple Self Defence Techniques using Tai Chi Principles. The program has been designed to provide a unique combination of physical exercise and ancient wisdom that can benefit individuals of all ages. Students can choose from various classes held in different locations, including Withington, Chorlton, Stretford, and Salford. The program is taught by Clive, who has over 35 years of experience in studying and teaching the Taoist arts. The classes are suitable for beginners, with a mix of new students and experienced practitioners.
