Nakashi Parrswood Karate Club

Nakashi Parrswood was opened by Paul Lomax 6th Dan-Renshi in 2004, initially to give children the opportunity to develop their confidence, coordination, fitness levels and respect towards others. As the club became more established, parents wanted to join, so we now have mixed classes and Nakashi Parrswood teaches Shitoru-Shukoki Karate to all ages from 5 years upwards.

Both, Paul Lomax and Helen Lomax started their Karate training in 1993 and have been training under Denis Casey, 9th Dan (UK chief instructor) since.

Paul & Helen are both first aid trained and enhanced DBs checked (formally CRB) and all members are insured through the EKF.
