Stockport Taekwon-Do

Stockport Taekwon-Do is a family-friendly taekwon-do club that runs classes in various locations, including Parrs Wood High School in Didsbury and Astley Sports College in Dukinfield. The club teaches the traditional ITF style of Taekwon-do, founded by General Choi Hong Hi in Korea in the 1950s. This style of martial arts has numerous benefits, including increasing confidence, fitness, flexibility, and coordination, as well as developing discipline, power, and strength, and providing valuable self-defence skills.
