Middleton Martial Arts Academy

Middleton Martial Arts Academy (MMAA) is a local friendly club run by an experienced team of enthusiastic coaches who share a passion for teaching martial arts. Our aim is to provide cost-effective training in a safe welcoming environment for all our students where we cater for all their personal needs. Martial arts are a perfect way for people of all ages, genders and abilities to learn effective self-defense, keep fit, make new friends, and improve self-confidence. Some students may simply wish to learn to help look after themselves and build confidence while others may wish to progress to competing in tournaments to test their newly acquired skills, this is left entirely at the discretion of our students as each individual is helped reach their own potential and personal goals.
