About Us
DEFCON Academy is a martial arts academy that offers self defense classes designed to teach practical and effective techniques for personal safety. With over 30 years of experience in various martial arts, including black belts in kickboxing and taijutsu, the academy aims to boost confidence and fitness while empowering individuals to defend themselves. The Head Coach, Andrew, established DEFCON Academy to share the knowledge and skills he gained during his own martial arts journey, helping others learn to stay safe in any situation.
