About Us
We are a martial arts club dedicated to the positive development both mentally and physically to all people young and not so young!
We have specialised classes for children from 4 years old to 6 years old, 7 years old to 12 years old, Teenagers and Adults.
We are passionate about the empowerment of all to help them build their confidence, leadership qualities, focus and fitness whilst learning how to defend themselves and gaining black belt status, all whilst having FUN!!!
