About Us
Welcome to Blue Lotus Tai Chi, where we have been welcoming students since 2004. Our classes focus on calming the mind, relaxing the body, and lifting the spirit through Tai Chi and Chi Kung. Tai Chi consists of slow, graceful movements that promote a harmonious flow of energy and is suitable for all age groups, especially beneficial for mature students. It helps reduce stress, improve flexibility, and increase bone density. Our classes are friendly and relaxed, allowing you to learn at your own pace. New students are always welcome.
