Pulga Jiu-Jitsu offers a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for adults of all levels, whether you're looking to keep fit, lose weight, or compete. With over 10 years of experience, the head coach David Prescott, a Lucio Sergio Black Belt, leads a variety of classes including fundamentals, advanced, and kids' classes. The dojo promotes a mindset of discipline and lifestyle through Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training, catering to both beginners and seasoned practitioners.
