The Heywood Academy Martial Arts (T.H.A)

Its freestyle martial arts program teaches children and adults various styles, including self-defence, which helps them develop ambition, drive, and determination. The academy also offers classes for adults and ladies only, which focus on weight loss, fitness, strength conditioning, toning, and confidence. The Heywood Academy has a board called the IEB (Independent Examination Board) that governs examinations within the academy, including normal academy gradings, panel grades, dance exams, and judging.
