Waterside Taekwondo Club

They have something for everyone, with classes such as Tiny Tigers for children aged 3 to 6, Family Traditional for learning the basics of Taekwondo, and Sports Sparring for a great fitness class. They also offer LiFT and FiT, a class that covers weight training and HIIT. The club's standards are aligned with the internationally recognized governing body Kukkiwon, also known as World Taekwondo Headquarters.
