About Us

Room 13 Fitness is a gym that helps people achieve their fitness goals and aspirations through various training methods, including Gym Training, Functional Training, and Martial Arts. The gym offers classes in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Kickboxing, Boxing, Muay Thai, and more. They also have a team of experienced instructors, including Martin Binge, who is a 4th Dan Black Belt in Kickboxing and 5th Dan Black Belt in Goju Ryu Karate, and Kirsty Binge, a Level 3 Personal Trainer and British Powerlifting Coach. The gym's goal is to bring fitness back to basics and encourage people to adopt a healthy lifestyle out of choice, rather than necessity.
