About Us

Hung Leng Kuen Kung Fu is suitable for all body types and all levels of experience, welcoming new members year-round. Taught by highly trained instructors, this style incorporates traditional animal-based Kung-Fu forms, Shaolin Longfist, Bak Mei, Tai Chi Chuan, Chi Kung, Baguazhang, and Weaponry. It develops health, focus, strength, flexibility, knowledge, ability, and self-confidence for practical self-defense and traditional martial arts learning. All areas of martial arts can be found in Kung Fu, including striking, kicking, trapping, and grappling. The club offers Traditional Kung Fu classes, sparring classes, and free self-defense sessions.
