Iron Sharpens Iron BJJ is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Academy providing a friendly and safe environment to learn and practice your art.

We are located in the heart of Winchester a five minute walk from Winchester Station and 10 minutes from the city centre. We offer free parking on site or alternative parking across the road at the Worthy Lane Car Park (free parking after 6pm).

Training Sessions:
Monday: 20:30-22:00
Tuesday: 18:00 - 19:00 Kids (6-12 year olds)
Wednesday: 18:00-19:15
Friday: 17:00 - 18:00 Teens (13-17 year olds)
Saturday: 19:00-20:30

To access the site go up the stairs located on the left hand side of the structure and press the button marked Martial Arts and you'll be buzzed in.
