Hereford Judo Club

Hereford Judo Club is a family-orientated club with over 60 years of experience teaching Judo. They cater for Juniors (starting from 8 years old) to Seniors of all abilities and are proud of their strong female contingent. Judo is a sport that conditions the entire body, increasing flexibility and agility, while also teaching individuals how to respect each other regardless of ability. It provides self-discipline, self-confidence, and leadership skills, as well as developing physical coordination, strength, power, and flexibility.
