Hereford Kickboxing Academy

The Hereford Kickboxing Academy is a kickboxing club that was founded in March 2011 by Chief Instructor Leigh Preece. The club teaches a freestyle Korean Kickboxing syllabus that covers various areas, including Padwork, Fitness, Self Defence, Weapons training and Sparring. Students are encouraged to specialise in any of these areas or work through the system at their own speed, and there is something for everyone. The club aims to help each student individually to plan and meet their goals.
