About Us
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu that focuses on Sport and self defence. We find that for the majority of people, this has much more benefit and application in their day to day lives. It helps Kids and Adults build on resilience and problem solving whilst under extreme pressure.
What do classes consists of?
To ensure that the techniques shown can be applied in motion, at Cronus BJJ, we emphasise on technique, situational and free sparring, otherwise known as rolling. Before doing so, students are taught the correct use of body mechanics and technique, so they can be used ‘live’ effectively, and without hurting themselves in the process.
We have an amazing syllabus that we work towards, consisting of a rotational classes on Mondays and Wednesdays.
