4D Martial Arts Berkhamsted

We train a highly functional form of martial arts that is great for sport, lifestyle and self defence training.
We have fun but train hard and all ages and abilities are welcome. You won't find a funner and more welcoming place to train martial arts in the Berkhamsted, Tring, Chesham and Hemel Hempstead areas.
Our kids programme has a solid anti-bullying programme with a heavy emphasis on confidence building and developing an assertive demeanour and body language.
The 4D Combat system taught at the academy is an evolution of Bruce Lee's Jeet Kun Do (JKD), the Filipino Arts Kali, Arnis Eskrima, while integrating elements of boxing, Muay Thai, wrestling and kickboxing.
