Watford Taekwondo

Watford Tae Kwon-Do is a newly established school formed as part of the TAGB (Taekwondo Association of Great Britain). We currently run classes in Watford and Bushey, Hertfordshire. Tae Kwon-Do is the Korean martial art focused on self-defence. Training in Tae Kwon-Do can enhance your fitness, self-esteem, confidence, situational awareness, flexibility, and coordination. Our main classes are designed for families and are suitable for children and adults of all genders. Training in Tae Kwon-Do is a great way of instilling confidence into children while emphasising the importance of respect and discipline. It is also a superb form of self-defence and a great way to get in shape for women.
