Hertfordshire KDS is a vibrant karate community that fosters a safe and enjoyable environment for individuals to improve their skills, fitness, and strength. Established in January 2023, the dojo has quickly grown into a strong club, welcoming members of all experience levels. The club emphasizes friendly and informal practices, catering to both newcomers and those with prior training. Sessions include warm-ups, kata, kumite, and various techniques, ensuring a comprehensive karate experience. The club operates in multiple locations and is dedicated to nurturing its members' commitment and hard work.
