Lea Valley Karate Academy

Lea Valley Karate Academy is a karate school located in central Hertfordshire and Essex. The academy has been running since 2004 under the expert instruction of former Senior England International Sensei Daniel Hollister, 4th Dan Black Belt. They specialise in teaching traditional karate to the highest standards, with a focus on Wado Ryu Karate. Students learn all aspects of the sport, from self-defence to top level sport, in a safe and friendly environment. The academy also works closely with the charity SPACE, supporting families with Autism, ADHD, and related conditions.
