About Us
Herts School of T'ai Chi Ch'uan teaches Tai Chi and Qigong as a way to relax both the body and mind. In the body, they release tension, develop energy, strength, and flexibility, while in the mind, they let go of anxiety and develop conscious awareness. Their curriculum quickly gets students into a regular practice and then develops it, allowing them to embody the internal Tai Chi principles, which can be started even by those beginning to learn the external Tai Chi choreography.
