About Us
Thoree Taekwondo is a family-friendly Taekwondo club located in London Colney, St. Albans. It is run by a fully qualified instructor with 30 years of experience. The school is affiliated with the UKGT and is guided by Grand Master B Sahota. The club welcomes new members and offers a complimentary first lesson. Classes include various exercises and are designed for individuals of all ages and abilities, making Taekwondo accessible to everyone, including those with disabilities or past injuries.
