Hertfordshire KDS is a vibrant karate community that fosters a safe and enjoyable environment for individuals to improve their skills, fitness, and strength. Established in January 2023, the dojo has quickly grown into a strong club, welcoming new members of all experience levels. The club emphasizes friendly and informal practices, where participants can learn various karate techniques, including kata and kumite. With multiple locations and a commitment to inclusivity, Hertfordshire KDS is dedicated to providing quality instruction and support to all its members.
