Bones Boxing

We undertake personal 1-2-1 or group sessions - Undertaken at Cage Fit Gyms in Croxley. We can also arrange sessions at your home, outdoors, in your gym ( subject to gyms owners permssion) . We can offer a 'Boxing Delivery' service which involves us training within your back garden or local park. We believe that boxing should be for everyone, please let us know if there is anything we can do to make it more accesible for you.
