The Isle of Wight’s first and only Tricking & Acrobatics Sports Academy. Our complex contains state of the art facilities, equipped with a spring floor, AirTrick, trampoline, gymnastics training aids, parkour obstacles and a gym - designed to unlock your movement potential.

We specialise in Tricking: a high-energy fusion of dance, kicks, flips, and twists that blends the best of gymnastics, martial arts, acrobatics, and breakdancing.

Whether you’re chasing your first backflip or refining elite-level skills, our expert coaches guide all levels in a supportive and inspiring environment.
