Kent Schools Judo Academy

Kent Schools Judo Academy works alongside two well-established community judo clubs to introduce children and young adults to the Olympic and Paralympic sport of judo. They provide curriculum-based lessons, taster days, demonstrations, and after-school clubs. Experienced and qualified coaches deliver fun and enjoyable classes for all ages and abilities, using equipment provided. The academy aims to introduce judo to more children, provide a smooth pathway to mainstream judo, and increase participation from girls and women, and those with disabilities. The coaches are accredited by the British Judo Association and have relevant qualifications and experience.
