About Us
Elite Submission Grappling is a grappling academy running out of Leegate south east London. We specialise in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu which is a grappling martial art focused on controlling your opponent with pins leading to a submission. We also teaching wrestling as part of our curriculum as well so you will learn to grapple on both your feet & on the ground!
