International Karate Kyokushinkaikan (IKK) is a leading Kyokushin Karate and Martial Arts Organisation in the UK, established in 1996 by Shihan Paul Sarginson. The IKK delivers high-standard karate and martial arts instruction, providing training and experience for students of all ages and abilities. They support both students and clubs, encouraging them to reach their goals. The classes are traditional, disciplined, and serious but also fun, friendly, and enjoyable. The IKK teaches various styles of karate, including Kyokushin Karate, self-defense, kata, karate techniques, fitness, and stamina.
