Sama Southeast

Sama Southeast teaches traditional Karate and Kickboxing in several areas, including West Sussex, East Sussex, and Kent. The dojo emphasizes discipline, respect, self-defence, confidence, coordination, good manners, and healthy exercise in their classes. Their instructors have received paediatric first aid training, safeguarding training, and health and safety training. The dojo is fully insured and has a streamlined class booking process. They offer up to four paid trial lessons for newcomers before requiring a longer-term commitment.
