Welcome to MMA Dungeon Chokecity, an independent social club dedicated to the art of Mixed Martial Arts since 2012. Our focus is on grappling techniques, enhanced by a solid foundation in striking to create a well-rounded no-Gi experience. We cater to all ages and skill levels, offering programs for children to boost their confidence, specialized self-defense classes for women, and comprehensive MMA training for men that includes targeted grappling sessions.
