About Us
Friday Evening Ju Jitsu Classes at Cottam Community Centre
Juniors 6pm - 7pm (4-11 years)
We also have classes in Preston, Fulwood, Lostock Hall, Kirkham, Bolton and Burnley. Please see our website for venue details.
Studying Japanese Ju Jitsu teaches children exciting and important self-defence techniques.
Whatever their age or ability, students gain confidence, respect and discipline. We hope that our classes empower children to live happy, healthy lives.
