HAMMA Mixed Martial Arts Academy is an independent family run business. Located in St Helens Town Centre the martial arts gym offers a variety of mma disciplines including; kickboxing, boxing, wrestling, BJJ and striking, fitness, pad and circuit workouts. In addition to the martial arts personal training, strength and conditioning coaching and discipline classes for both men and women are available. HAMMA is also home to a successful youth academy which continues to grow from strength to strength.
