The TKO Elite Gym has been teaching in the Medway area since the mid 80’s and has been based at our present full time fully equipped facility for 25 years.

Many students have gone on to become competitive Champions up to World title level, however we pride ourselves on providing classes for all ages and abilities regardless of the reason for training whether your goals be fitness, more confidence, or just having fun whilst learning a new skill.
