We offer a 4 Week Free Trial as standard so you can come along, train with us in the actual classes & be a member for a full month before deciding is its for you or not
Our Kids Beginner Classes are designed to teach respect, discipline, focus & practical self defence skills all in a fun, friendly age appropriate classes
Our Adult Beginner Classes are completely beginner friendly with no fitness, flexibility or previous experience required.
For both Kids & Adults we offer Advanced Classes so when you’re no longer a beginner and you’re ready to move on, we’ve got you covered!
